Spencer & Bennett – Yenda Prods Ltd is currently seeking a motivated individual to join our Griffith team as an Insurance Administration Officer, working full time. The successful applicant will be the backbone of the Insurance team, supporting the brokers in their roles. This will encompass all aspects of broker / client interactions as well as being the go to for all claims management within the portfolio.

Our ideal candidate will have:

• Experience in the Financial Services industry is advantageous but not essential.
• Strong willingness to learn and a commitment to delivering excellent client service and outcomes.
• A valid driver’s licence.
• Proficiency in computer and phone skills, with a good understanding of Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Experience with marketing tools such as Canva is desirable.

Spencer & Bennett is looking for a full time experienced Insurance Broker to join their Wangaratta or Baranduda Branch.

Spencer & Bennett, in conjunction with Normac Yenda Producers, is growing and this is an exciting opportunity to build a new book in the North East. The successful Insurance Broker will work with the Spencer & Bennett team to service and build a client portfolio, prepare quotes and issue insurance policies, review and advise on client’s insurance and monitor insurance compliance requirements.

The successful candidate must be able to work autonomously in a shared office environment and have a minimum Tier 1 qualification or Certificate IV in General Insurance, as well as a drivers licence.
